I decided to try this company a month ago to see if it really lived up to its claims on the website. Sadly, I was disappointed with my experience. After registering 4 weeks ago, I first purchased the advanced plan on sale for 299 USD, but the upgrade never happened, and I got a response from support telling me to wait. Later, there was no follow-up! Two weeks later, I bought the plan again for 499 USD based on the support’s suggestion. Once I paid, I was given a basic free account with a blocked wallet. And if my vanilla transfer is so malicious (it isn't), why not send it back and be done with it? According to their Terms and Conditions, there is a 14 days refund window. I Requested a Refund. Here is my experience with SwiftProMining... I read some reviews on their site, which seemed carefully selected, and decided to create an account. I started asking a lot of questions, and every time I asked, I got a response quickly. After asking all my questions, I decided to go ahead and paid $898.00 in bitcoin for their most popular plan. However, after making the payment, the responses slowed down a lot. While I waited for the bitcoin to go through, they told me that as soon as it was confirmed, they would set everything up and guide me through my first withdrawal the next day. Once my bitcoin was approved, they said they couldn't proceed because SPM pay needed to investigate, possibly due to some issue with their algorithm. Since then, I have asked multiple times how long this would take, but I haven't received any clear answers. Instead, they just keep asking me questions. I answer, then ask again, and still get no response. After 24 hours, I asked for an update, but again no response for over 8 hours. At that point, I told them I was going to write a review about this situation, and finally, they replied. I then told them I wanted either my setup completed or a refund. But again, no response. Eventually, I heard from someone named Dave, who said that I would have to wait up to two weeks for resolution. Now, I’m not sure how to update this review, but for now, I would say I’m not happy with how things are going. I also mentioned that I was told I would receive compensation for the issues I faced, and was promised 48 hours of compensation. Today, they told me their servers had been down and that’s why things were delayed. They said they've been working nonstop to fix it, but I can't help feeling like I rushed to judgment with my review. I’m hoping things improve, but as of now, I'm still waiting for a proper resolution. I'll keep you posted on any updates, but for now, I feel unsure about recommending them.
