I really like this company! Their stuff is great. I've been getting the chroma transfers. The pics I got are even brighter than the one I sent. One of my designs could've been better with a tiny change. They sent it back with the change - it was better than the first. I always get my order real fast. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of five. Thanks!

We bin customers of Art Brands for 20 years buying transfers for our shop. As our business grows, we added Art Brands as our HIX heat press supplier. We bought two new presses in 18 months, arrived on time. Art Brands has provided great service to us.

Sometimes people upload the wrong image and only see the mistake once the product arrives. If ArtBrand sees every order as a partnership with the customer, then adding a preview option should be a top priority to help avoid mistakes and save customers from having to reorder.

However, I wished there was a broader selection of Chicano art, which would elevate their offerings even more. Despite this, Art Brands maintains a high standard, and I appreciate the effort they put into understanding their customers and delivering quality products.

ArtBrands is the real deal. Tried a few others before, but none cut it. Been with them for 2 years, ordered loads of transfers. Athletic Spot Color and Chroma DTF are my faves. Not a hitch with any transfer yet, and the price is just right. Now I can make good money without overpricing.

My company ordered from Art Brands, but unfortunately, the product wouldn't pull completely, even after trying several others with the same results. The real disappointment, however, came from the customer service experience, which I found to be unhelpful and dismissive. When I raised the issue, they essentially blamed me, suggesting that I didn't understand how to do a heat transfer, despite my extensive experience in the business. This response was frustrating and reflected poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would caution others against purchasing from Art Brands if they value both their money and reputation.
