Dishonest and Unreliable.
Dishonest and Unreliable. They didn't deliver from the start. I paid them $1250 to publish each book (we had two), plus $5500 for marketing and another $9000 for sending 3000 books to Barnes and Noble. Either they've taken our earnings or messed up so badly with the upload that we've only made $17 on 80 books sold. They dodge questions and lie about their plans that never seem to happen.
