I utilized storage services at Narcoosse

I utilized storage services at Narcoosse Rd Orlando, Fl, and opted for automatic payment via Visa. Upon terminating my storage on the 12th, I was assured by the manager that I was checked out. However, despite being told I had to pay only for the month I used, my Visa was charged for the following month. Efforts to rectify this billing error and obtain a promised refund have proven futile over three months. Caution is advised during the checkout process to avoid similar issues.

Crystal's collaboration with a representative from another US Storage facility to resolve an issue showcased kindness and consideration. The load-in process was also notably convenient and easy. I'm pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with the exceptional service provided at this facility.

Wonderful experience talking to a real person when booking our storage units over the phone. The Manager took the time to explain everything and really went out of his way to find the perfect unit for us. We highly recommend US Storage Center in Showlow, AZ!

It's a storage place with fair prices.

It's a storage place with fair prices. There's a gate, locks on units, and cameras around. You can't meet the staff in person, gotta talk on screen. It's a shame it ain't open all night. No cart, bathroom, or trash spot. But hey, for the price, can't whine.

The company didn't show the true price and handed me a bill that was incorrect. When I wanted my money back, they weren't nice about it. Really let down because they said I'd get a refund, but it's still not in my hands. Ended up paying another service I feel I can rely on.
