It appears there is a significant lack of quality control with Gelato. Despite their "production hubs" in 30 countries worldwide, there's limited transparency regarding their partners. The care and quality control of their shipped products seem to be lacking, leading to numerous damaged prints and frames being sent to customers. This results in a substantial amount of time spent processing refunds and returns. Until recently, the frames were of low quality, and many arrived broken during transit. Additionally, packaging appears to be minimal, contributing to damage during delivery. Unframed prints also present issues, arriving with scratches or creases. It's frustrating that such a promising app and website are paired with inadequate quality control.
