    Dyan M. was really helpful in assisting us with making a few changes to improve how our business operates. She paid attention to what I needed, offered some solutions, and implemented them quickly. She also gave us time to see how everything worked out and checked back with us afterward. The communication and customer service were great. Dyan was supportive, approachable, and did more than we expected for our business. We are grateful and pleased with her and Answer Connect.

    Pilly, our client account manager,

    Pilly, our client account manager, who did the onbording session with my assistant and I, was great. She knows the system real well and was very patient. She answered all our questions and concerns and came up with solutions quickly. She was very patient with us, even though the session was long. It seemed like she really wanted us to understand everything and be ready to use the system. I'd give Pilly 5+ stars! If everyone at AnswerConnect is as good as her, then you guys have the best customer support!

    This service is really good, with super friendly customer support. I've been using them for a long time and I tell all my friends who own businesses about Answerconnect. They're really nice and it's easy to communicate with them.

    The experience with Answerconnect had its ups and downs. Candy Oakes stood out for her helpfulness in addressing issues promptly. She ensured changes were made promptly and stayed in touch consistently. Quick call answering prevented client frustration. However, some receptionists didn't meet expectations. They often misunderstood callers and repeatedly scheduled appointments in the wrong time zone. Correcting these mistakes took more time than handling calls personally. While Candy's support was appreciated, the limitations of receptionists relying on scripts and lacking caller information made it challenging to direct callers appropriately. While it may suit other businesses, it wasn't the right fit for us.
