With great regret, I faced suspicious dealings. I will tell you every step that took place First, the team verified my page since the first $10 arrived The investigation took 3 days, then I received an email on Thursday, June 6, telling me that the team had approved my page and I could withdraw the money. Then I went to withdraw money from the dashboard in order for the compensation to be paid next Wednesday, June 12th Shockingly, the support team stopped payments from my page on Tuesday, June 11, one day before the money, estimated at $2,328.21, was due to be paid to my bank account. I went to the dashboard to find out the problem I found out that he wanted me to file an appeal and send them links to the posts that promoted my page on Buy Me a Coffee. I sent a link to my Twitter post, which got hundreds of thousands of views I also sent them a link to the page’s post on Instagram I also sent them screenshots proving that I sent a link to the Buy Me a Coffee page to 250 friends via their email. Two days later, I found a response from the support team telling me I'm the Community Lead at Buy Me a Coffee. I hope that you are well! We'd love to get some ideas on how you can share your Buy Me a Coffee page and get supporters. This information will help us process your account verification. Please understand that if we do not receive a satisfactory explanation, we may not be able to approve your account using the current verification provided. In such a case, we will be required to return all support you have received to your supporters within 30 days. We realize that this situation can be very frustrating and we appreciate your understanding. I replied to them saying:   I sent the post and link to friends and groups, and I also sent the link to friends who also have a large following, and they helped me spread it.    Would you like me to send you screenshots to share this link via email? Then I received a response from them saying: Hello who's there, We would be grateful if you could provide more details, screenshots, etc. to prove your claims. This will be very useful for our records. I sent them screenshots proving that my Buy Me a Coffee page was sent to a friend via WhatsApp. Also screenshots proving that my Buy Me a Coffee page was sent to 250 friends via email I sent this to them on Thursday, June 13th and since then I have not received any response I sent them everything they asked for I sent them everything that proves the authenticity of the promotion of my page on Buy Me a Coffee in an official and legal manner But to no avail Although I met all their requirements, they did not solve the problem I thought the problem would be resolved before Wednesday, June 19th I published my page on Twitter, Instagram, email, and WhatsApp, and there are also friends who have famous pages who posted a link to my page on Buy Me a Coffee and I sent all of this to them. I don't know what they want

They got this cool thing where you can get folks to chip in for your project or whatever by buying you coffee. Pretty neat, huh? What's really cool is they let people add a little note, which adds a nice touch. Setting it up was pretty easy-peasy. The only thing that threw me off was it took longer than they said on the site to get my account sorted for taking out money, like two weeks longer. But hey, their support was on the ball, answering my questions super quick, and even checking in later. But hey, it all worked out, and I could withdraw my cash to NZ without any hiccups. So yeah, they're alright in my book.

I requested to change my payout method on June 14 and received the last email on July 2. However, they are still processing. I have seen many bad experiences online with "Buy me a Coffee" and I have tested a small transaction. Conclusion: Bad customer support, Platform is not trustworthy, Be cautious with larger sums!
