The customer service was very nice, shipping was fast, and the desk was packed really well. The glass top and frame pieces are packed together, so it makes it a bit heavy. Thankfully, the UPS driver helped by putting it in my garage. The desk was simple to put together. I’m a handy woman and managed to assemble almost 3/4 of it on my own. You will need two people to attach the box with the drawers, frame, and glass top. The glass has a lovely soft green tint, and the glass pieces on the sides are a nice addition. I replaced my old glass-top artist table, and this one works great for my needs.

We really liked our friends’ sectional sofa, but they got theirs 10 years ago, and this was the only spot we found the same one. I felt a bit worried about buying such a big item online, especially since most reviews were for smaller stuff. But I gave it a try and don’t regret it! The sofa showed up right on time, in five boxes (which were a bit damaged, but the sofa itself was wrapped well so no harm). It took two of us about an hour to put it together, including unpacking everything and cleaning it. We’ve had it for a few months now and it’s our favorite place to chill!

We are happy with the product we bought. What made our experience with BisonOffice really good was their customer service. While tracking our shipment, there seemed to be a small delay. We sent a short message to ask about the minor hold up. Sam in customer service replied quickly, fixed the issue, and followed up again once we confirmed the shipment was delivered.
