ALTA Language Services has been quite

ALTA Language Services has been quite good during my time with them. I first learned about their services as an interpreter when I took their 40-hour medical interpreting training in 2015. Their training was so helpful that I became dually certified with both CCHI and NBCMI, making the certification exams easier for me. After starting my own interpreting company, we have always turned to ALTA for our training and language assessment needs. I’ve also used their services as a client, especially for less common languages, and our companies now work together on several projects. In baseball terms, you could say I’ve had a full circle moment with ALTA, having been a student, client, and partner. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed working with their management team, and the experience has been very positive. Whatever your language needs, you can trust ALTA to help you.

I had the opportunity to work with Lindsay, who coordinated everything very professionally. She arranged for an interpreter for our deposition promptly. The interpreter was also highly professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Alta for interpretation services. I LOVED THAT I COULD JUST SCAN ALL OF THE TESTS AND SEND BACK AS A SINGLE PDF.

The translators did a good job assisting the client in making the phone call as they were unsure about dialing the number. I appreciated their help during the call, and I could easily comprehend the client's needs and communication.

The code malfunctioned, and they

The code malfunctioned, and they offered to waive the fee, but their attitude was rather unpleasant. The idea of waiving the fee struck me as inadequate. When a code fails, coupled with a lack of response to calls and emails for over 24 hours, it implies an issue on their part, not ours. I've decided to seek services from other more reputable companies in the future and won't be returning to this one.
