I’m satisfied with my new website at this point. It isn’t published yet, as I’m waiting for Zoek to get back to me about my final approval. My website designer, Alejandra, was nice to work with and answered all my questions. I would consider working with Zoek and Alejandra in the future.

I needed assistance in setting up a simple website for my real estate business. I’m not familiar with building or managing websites, but they created the site exactly how I wanted and walked me through how to take care of it in the future.

I'm pretty content with the whole project. What's bothering me is that it's 2 days past done and they still haven't handed over the website to me. Maybe it's 'cause I'm not hosting it through them?

The process took many steps without urgency. My design is okay but not what I asked for. An extra problem with the domain I got wasn't told in advance for an unpleasant surprise later. The site's done as agreed but it wasn't good. Bigger isn't always better and I wish I chose a smaller developer who wasn't overwhelmed, didn't have a language barrier, and didn't mess up basic edits.

The representative failed to check for existing listings before reaching out to potential clients. After canceling my order, I received an email about my existing listings. The delayed follow-up was disappointing, and the lack of initial awareness of my current listing status raised questions about the efficiency of the process. While the intention to assist with Google listings is appreciated, a more proactive and timely approach to verifying current listings would significantly enhance the customer experience.

Disappointed that after filling all the required paperwork, paying upfront and signing contract etc, there was so much initial communication and very responsive, but now absolutely nothing. I was only showed a single draft of the website which was conceptually on track but not exactly what I was looking for, and since that time there has been total silence despite sending detailed changes and multiple emails without even an acknowledgment e-mail if they are too busy to get to it for now. Now I'm just waiting for any communication from them.
