We paid for an ad a week ago that still isn't live; when we try to log in, it just loops from logging in to asking me to log in again. I can't see the ad or make any changes to it.

we have only received calls from scammers trying to get us to accept fake cashier checks and others asking me to run reports costing $40 who clearly work for that company Haven’t talked to any real clients

I signed up, uploaded some photos, and made my payment. Everything seemed fine until the next morning when I couldn't access my account. I tried calling customer service several times, but I kept getting transferred from one person to another with no real help. I even left a voicemail but didn't hear back. It was really frustrating and I felt stuck. Finally, after I wrote this review, I got a call back. They managed to post my ad and unlock my account. I'm glad it got sorted in the end, but the process was more stressful than it needed to be.
