I had to move a whole bunch of stuff, including 30 years worth of furniture, from four floors. Pavol and his team were just awesome. They were super skilled and friendly, even helped us load some things into our car, and trust me, that was a big help for us, being 90 and 83. What really impressed me was how they handled the situation when their reserved parking spot was blocked. They didn’t let that stop them at all. This is the third time CT has moved us, and honestly, they always do a fantastic job. Moving is usually so stressful, but they made it way easier for us. Can't thank them enough!

I've had the worst experience

I've had the worst experience with this shipping company. It’s been nearly 4 months and my items are still not here. They promised 6-8 weeks for delivery, but my stuff didn’t even leave the UK for 2 months. Now, somehow, they're in South Africa instead of Nigeria. I mean, why would they go past Nigeria to get to Nigeria? Communication has been a nightmare. They only reply when I cc senior staff, and every delivery estimate turns out to be wrong. I've had to chase them up constantly. Friends and family who used other companies got their stuff weeks ago, even those who moved further than me. I doubt I’ll get any compensation, but honestly, no refund could make up for this mess. Seriously, avoid this company.
