Had a good experience with BatchLeads, thanks to Adam Paul's helpful support. He knew his stuff and guided me through everything. Good job to BatchLeads for having a great support team.

Strted using Batchleads back in 2020-2021. At first, it was easier to use, but it still had some problems. Over time, they added more rules, which made things harder, so I stopped using it. I've been paying $19 a month just to keep my account, but they don't tell you that you won't be able to see any of your information or download your data anymore. The only way to do that is to restart your plan, which costs $129 a month, and then cancel, but you won't get any money back. So basically, you're paying Batchleads just to get your own data back. I've had a lot of frustrating experiences with Batchleads over the years, and it seems like they don't care about making customers happy. Also, it's not a good sign when a company only has positive reviews. That seems shady and unfair because it hides the real experiences of all their customers.

When I decided not to continue due to another opportunity, they swiftly processed my cancellation request, relieving me of any concerns about trial expiration.
