The company did a good job. I bought a framed pic online. I could track the delivery and it came on time. It was packed nicely to keep the frame and pic safe.

I got this painting thinking it'd look like it did online, but it didn't. Had to return it, but the return process was a hassle. I had to pay for shipping both ways. Ended up just swapping the frame myself to match. Used to like this company, but not so much now.

I just received my initial purchase

I just received my initial purchase from Framedart.com, and I must say, the packaging left much to be desired. While the outer box remained unscathed, the glass within was shattered into 50 tiny fragments. The packaging consisted of nothing more than a flimsy layer of bubble wrap encircling the artwork in a box that seemed excessively large. Surprisingly, there was no protective cardboard structure inside the box to prevent the picture from shifting during transit. Although customer service promptly arranged a replacement, the prospect of another 10-14 day wait has left me with little assurance that the new item will arrive unscathed.

I can't express how dissatisfied I am with the recent prints I received from FramedArt.com. Having invested over a thousand dollars in prints, my expectations were high, but the reality was disheartening. The last three prints I received were nothing short of disappointing. They exhibit noticeable waves, as if the prints had been exposed to moisture before hastily framed and dispatched. Despite sending pictures to illustrate the issue, the actual prints look even worse in person. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I have decided not to make any future purchases from FramedArt.com. While I still have a complete basement to decorate with pictures, it's clear that their prints won't find a place there if the quality of their work and products remains subpar.

The product I received, a picture, arrived in a deplorable condition inside an open box, utterly shattered. The ordeal of getting a replacement proved to be a nightmare, as obtaining an RMA number necessitated numerous phone calls and two emails, none of which garnered a response. To exacerbate matters, the live chat feature was nonfunctional.
