There is good support inside, and I’m pleased with the shorts too. They have a lining inside. No gaps or problems. Great service. I sent them an email and got a fast reply!

The top had a strange cut that wouldn’t fit me even in my size; it looked badly made. The material feels good and I really like the bottoms. The suits seem to be made well. Customer service was friendly, but returns and exchanges aren’t simple. Not worth the cost.

Do NOT buy from Seafancy! They didn't give me a refund even though I followed their return policy perfectly. They also charged me for something they never sent. When I asked for my money back, they only gave me a $5 discount for my next purchase. The swimsuit cost me $53.99! Also, the swimsuits were way too loose, even though I measured myself and used their size guide. The quality of the material was bad. And the shipping took nearly a month. The website lies about easy returns within 30 days. No one should have to put up with this dishonest behavior, especially when there are so many other swimsuit brands that treat their customers right! Spend your money somewhere else for better products!

The products came in good shape. Yet, their return policy is poor. Their site claims shipping is "included" in the price, meaning they can deduct as much as they want for returns. I wanted to return everything. They offered only a 30% refund and I had to cover the shipping to the USA (from the UK). After negotiating, I managed to get a 65% refund and settled for that!

This company is just awful. I'm having the same problem trying to return stuff. The return address turned into a USA one out of nowhere, but I can't get the details to send it back. Their customer service is terrible. Now I've got my credit card company involved. Be careful if you decide to use them, this happens a lot.

I work in shipping, so I know this can be handled way better. Up to now, I’m let down. It definitely won't be coming with me on my trip since I have no clue where it is.
