    The company is pretty good. It's easy to order and delivery comes fast, like in two days. They keep you updated too. The T-shirt I got was just what I wanted, good quality. I'll order again for sure.

    This company's outdoor shoes are hit-or-miss when bought online. Comfort varies, and I learned it the hard way. Good return policy though, got a bigger size. Quality? No words needed. One of the best brands, but pricey!

    Avoid buying from thenorthface.

    Avoid buying from thenorthface. They say they have a 30 day return policy, but it actually starts from the date of order, not when you get it. I should've seen there are no reviews - they've got nothing to keep 'em honest. Also, the Men’s Gordon Lyons Full-Zip Vest ain't a good product, too thin and cheaply made - but if it fit I wouldn't have tried to return.

    Zips on my jacket pockets broke. When I returned it, they said they couldn't fix or replace it due to a missing label. They seem unable to identify the season despite having the receipt. Poor quality and service.

    I’ve been waiting over 8 days for an item that was listed as “in stock.” Despite being told 6 days ago that it was shipped, customer service had no delivery date to provide. They mentioned contacting the delivery agent and that I should expect an email. This isn't helpful at all. It used to be a great brand with good service - what happened to it???

    Completely hopeless

    Completely hopeless - I ordered a jacket that Yodel misplaced. North Face said oh - we can't send another, it's not how we do things, you'll get a refund in 10 days and can buy again. Completely f..... hopeless
