We bought boots for my mom.

We bought boots for my mom. They came fast but didn't fit. Sent them back, but got only part of the address. Boots went to a facility for a month. Got missing unit #, gave it to Canada Post. Manager called every week. Store held correct size. Finally got them back, sent out same day. Arrived next day! Service was friendly. Store cared and did everything to fix. I'd recommend LLBean for products and service.

It was my first time visiting the LL Bean store here in Canada. I didn't end up buying anything, as the prices were very high compared to other places. Regular T-shirts were around $40, and basic casual clothes were $80 or more. Simple plaid shirts and light jackets, which felt like something you'd find elsewhere for less, were $120-150. One thing I did like was the variety of Yeti cups and lunch bags—they had a big selection you don’t usually see in other stores.

Poor quality products that barely last.

Poor quality products that barely last. I bought a "shackut" for more than $100, and within two weeks, it started to pill so badly I couldn't wear it. I tried returning it, but after multiple attempts, I got no reply. This used to be a solid brand. Not anymore. Now, it's all about making money. I won't spend another cent on this horrible company.

I used to buy shirts for my slim figure at L.L.Bean

I used to buy shirts for my slim figure at L.L.Bean, but that's changed. The fitted styles are now too loose. They once had dress shirts and casual ones with collars that were a great fit. It's oddly ironic for a store promoting active lifestyles and fitness to not offer a slim fit section.

They made the Unshrinkable Tee cheaper.

They made the Unshrinkable Tee cheaper. Fabric thinner, rougher. Doesn't feel or look right. Wrinkles easily, collars curl right away. If they did this to a favorite product without saying, who knows what else they'll do? We get it, just had to say.

    Selection is poor.

Selection is poor. If you don’t like plaid or limited colors, tough luck. Monogramming? Forget about it, they'll stop you. Quality? It's dropped terribly. Time to shop somewhere else.

I won’t order from LL Bean anymore!

I won’t order from LL Bean anymore! I bought two flannel shirts for a price that was higher than usual, expecting better quality. When they arrived, I found the quality was poor, and they fit too loose on me. I was shocked to find out I had to pay $6.50 to send them back. I get that this is their rule, and maybe I should’ve checked, but I didn’t. Asking for return fees feels outdated for online shopping, so I’ll choose different stores from now on.
