This company's customer service is terrible. They promise 24/7 service but take days to reply. No phone number available. They lied about shipping. I tried to cancel but got no response, then they shipped anyway. The refund policy is fishy. They're based in China, and the return address was fake. Suits still not here.

Both items purchased were poorly made. No support for tops and bottoms, nothing to help them stay up. I’ve sent 3 emails about returning the items. They don’t seem to want to give back the money and I still haven’t received the return address. They want me to keep the items and only refund 65% of the purchase price, which I won't do. I would not suggest this company; you shouldn't have to struggle to get a return address or your money back for poorly made items.

The delivery service noted this as a non-delivery, but the supplier needed to file the claim, which I couldn't do. However, the company was extremely challenging to work with (they present themselves as being based in the UK, but they are not), and they declined to resolve the problem. Their advertising is very aggressive, and I made the purchase in good faith, but I never received my item or a refund. Avoid this company completely! I would rate them zero stars.

At first I was given just 30% back, and after emailing again they said 50%, but I had to keep the item and not return it. I didn’t want both sizes of the same thing. When I placed my order, I couldn’t figure out how to use the discount code either. Now I see why people leave bad trustpilot revievs and I wish I looked at them before. It also took 28 days for the items to come, so they didn’t arrive in time for my trip. Not a very proffesional company.
