I ordered a few items
I ordered a few items to try out, thinking it would be a smooth process. Big mistake. Tried to return them, but no response. I followed the steps on their website and even sent them a message on Instagram, but nothing. Frustrating to say the least. Now I'm stuck with stuff I don't want and can't get my money back. It feels like they're ignoring me on purpose. Super disappointed with the service.
