I bought a jersey on November 20th for an important game, but it didn’t get here when it was supposed to. It was meant to be a present for my son, so I was pretty disappointed. After waiting a long time for emails, Barak, the founder, got involved, apologized, and sent a free hat with the order. Even though the jersey came after Christmas, my son still loved it. I get that companies can face problems during busy seasons and errors happen, but their attempt to fix it changed my view on them.

I ordered my product on December 17. They could improve on communication, but in the end, I did receive my order and I’m happy with it. My grandson loved it too, so it was worth the wait. The product is really good, and I’m satisfied with it. Thank you for making my grandson smile.

I bought a 4xl jacket. The jacket I got says 4xl but it definitely isn’t. Also, getting in touch with them has been useless. I made the order in May and only got it in July.
