The experience has been quite frustrating
I ordered a sports bra for my wife from Yvette, and unfortunately, the experience has been quite frustrating. Despite ordering the usual size large, the bra turned out to be too tight. I reached out to the company, and they offered two options. Opting for the first, we agreed to pay for shipping to exchange it for an extra-large size as per their recommendation. However, our attempts to get a response regarding the replacement have been in vain. It's disheartening to discover that the company is based in China, making communication more challenging. Despite our willingness to cover the shipping costs, the lack of response has left us disappointed and questioning the accuracy of their sizing information.
