I like Stio jackets and shoes.
I like Stio jackets and shoes. They're comfy and match everything. I wear my Stio shoes all the time and want more. My time at the Stio store in Bend, OR was good. The staff were nice and I bought a comfy t-shirt. My Stio hydro flask is my fav for staying hydrated and keeps temp perfect for ages.

I really like Stio's clothing, shoes, and stores. Their stores are always clean, well-organized, and colorful. The staff are helpful without being pushy. Their jackets, vests, and shirts are comfy, light, and colorful too. And the shoes? I never wanna take 'em off. Got 'em for all seasons now.

The product selection is excellent.
The product selection is excellent. They always have something for any activity no matter the time of year. Just got my CFS shoes and they are awesom! Stop is really killing it! Not to mention the Customer Experience team is incredibly responsive and helpful when needed.

Good products, AWFUL service.
Good products, AWFUL service. They take your credit card info but fail to send out the products and don’t update you on any delays. Customer support never picks up the phone, so you’re forced to email. They refuse to cancel orders even if they haven’t shipped and have no expected ship date... all while holding onto your money. Product reviews always look great, but no one mentions the service issues, which makes me doubt their truthfulness. Service appears to have declined a lot.

I bought a "Wilcox" fleece vest from Stio, and it started piling within the first two months. It had good ratings on their site. Stio said pilling wasn't in their warranty. I wrote a bad review, but it never showed up.
