I honestly don’t get why people are leaving bad reviews. I placed an order for delivery to the U.K., and in just 6 days, it arrived from America. Everything looks as shown (though I ordered the same sizes, and one piece is slightly smaller). My order was spot on. I will definitely shop again—the bikinis are really pretty and came with a matching cover-up at such a good price.

I got 5 swimsuits, and they look amazing!

I got 5 swimsuits, and they look amazing! They fit nicely on me, but one of them had a bottom that was too large, and I don’t want to send it back since I spent a lot on the shipping and customs fees. If I return it, I will end up losing money. Other than that, I'm really happy! I will definitely shop at Matte Collection again. Their size chart works well too!

I don't usually wear two-piece swimsuits

I don't usually wear two-piece swimsuits, but I bought some from Mattecollection. I showed my husband and daughter the ones I was nervous about, and they said I looked great in them. These swimsuits boosted my confidence, and now I want to wear them more often than just on vacation. I'm thinking of getting more for an even better reason to go on vacation.

The sizes are spot on (size small) fit..I chose to go up a size(medium) because of a comment lol..The fabric is great quality..really really like all of my items!!! 💙 can’t wait to buy more. **I got the Zane Monokini- Jaguar in Medium and the Cristiano one piece-Black in small.** for reference I’m 5 foot 134 pounds curvy **

I really don’t get the negative reviews.

I ordered some stuff to be sent to the U.K. and got it from America in just 6 days. The items matched the description (even though I bought the same sizes, one was slightly smaller than the rest) and my order was right. Definitely will buy again, the bikinis look great and came with the matching coverup for a low price.

Even after showing them more than 12 past orders, they didn’t care. They chose rules over keeping someone who always buys. Not about the cost, it's the princple. So this might be goodbye to them. smh

I had a good start with this company, but lately, the shipping and customer service have been awful. I placed an order on 12/1/24, and the next day, the items I bought went on sale. I contacted them to ask if I could get the price difference back, but they just said they couldn’t do it. That doesn’t make sense to me. My items didn’t ship until 12/12, after I emailed them again asking for an update. They didn’t respond to my email, just sent me a shipping confirmation. Very disapointing with this brand.

Buyer Beware!!!

I have ordered from Matte before as was pleased with my choices. The problem arises when you are not pleased and need to return!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not, I repeat, do not make the mistake of purchasing the "mystery box"...which isn't a box at all. They should call it the "cleaned out the scraps closet" bag. That is what it looks like they did. Old fashioned, dowdy looking pieces. Two were the exact same in different colors and a sad little wrap!!! Matte customer service is sickening. You have to pay to return anything and then they will ignore your return and not process a refund until you message them constantly. AND when you finally get your refund (if you do), they will hold back the shipping you already paid too!!!! What in the world??!!! I paid that too already, how in the heck do you all get to keep it!!! They are greedy and now I no longer want anything from that company. Buyer beware! You can find nicer suits from a number of places with much better customer service and refund policies.

I received an abundance of joggers, a crop, and a bodysuit – lacking diversity. Attempting to express my dissatisfaction through a review was futile, as weeks later, only positive reviews surfaced. This selective display raises concerns about transparency. Honest reviews are crucial for informed decisions, and a business that filters them risks losing trust. My willingness to return has waned due to questionable practices.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAOVR AND SHOP ELSE WHERE!! Matte collection is one big fraud!!! which is sad. Matte collection has Such amazing items online that you will never see IN PERSON. When placing my order I received a conformation for my order, hours later I also received a email stating that there is fraud on my end. Therefore my order would be cancel. But that wasn't the end of it. Matte collection charged my card for the full amount. AND kept the items! then required me to send a photo copy of my ID card. run don't walk ! Matte Collection IS NOT IT

I'm all for supporting, but their customer service is a mess. Zero accountability for their mistakes, and it's disheartening. Delayed orders, and get this – they make you cough up for shipping when you need to return their faulty stuff. Lose/lose situation. I kept giving them chances, but seriously, enough is enough. Time to look elsewhere for sure.

My order took an agonizing three weeks to ship, and when it finally arrived, I received only one item out of the intended four. To make matters worse, the item I received seemed to be a previously returned skirt, as it lacked the original tags. A frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

Not going back. Awful support, tricky return rules, and false product claims. The quality is really bad and they barely help at all. I’m not sure how this business got famous, but it’s obvious it’s because they don’t mind cheating customers.
