    Every swimsuit I've bought has looked really good on me! Great quality and a good fit! I’ve bought 7 this summer! I got some last year and they were good too, but I’ve lost 128 pounds and now I’m a size 4 with a large top. The only issue is the tops don’t fit as well, but that’s on me! I’ll likely get more soon lol

    Great support from customer service when

    Great support from customer service when I needed help with returns. The only problem was that when I mentioned I couldn't print the label, they told me to bring the downloaded label to the Post Office, but there wasn't a QR code, so they couldn't assist me. Customer service later provided an address for returns, but I had already made a pointless trip by then.

    I ordered clothes three weeks ago and still haven't got them. I tried to talk to a real person, but only got an AI chatbot. The tracking link they gave me isn't very good, and they said my package won't have everything I ordered when it finally arrives. Since I haven't got my shipment yet, I can't say anything about the quality.

    Absolutely avoid making any

    Absolutely avoid making any purchases from Rotita. What an utter disappointment! The sizes I ordered for my wife were a complete mismatch, not even close to her usual sizes. The product quality, at best, could be described as mediocre; you can find similar items at Walmart for a lower price. Frustrated, I decided to return the items, only to face another set of issues with Rotita. Upon returning the items, Rotita decided to handle the situation in the most inconvenient manner possible. Firstly, they offered store credit instead of the credit to my credit card, which was specifically requested. Secondly, they audaciously deducted the shipping costs from the credit amount. Who in their right mind does that? Save yourself the hassle and frustration – never, under any circumstances, make a purchase from Rotita. They not only fail in delivering the right products but also make the return process unnecessarily complicated and unfavorable for the customer.

    Man, I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to get a return label. Decided to give live chat a shot, and the girl there sorted me out in no time. She answered all my questions and sent me the label super quick. Really should've done that from the start.

    Sneaky Discounts with Hidden Costs

    Tried to buy something on their website and got hit with a bunch of discount offers like "sign up for 15% off," "we've saved your basket," "get 10% off." Sounded good at first, but then I found out you need to spend an extra £10, £15, or £20 to actually get the discount. Felt pretty sneaky and misleading.

    Rotita: Slow Delivery and Poor Refunds

    I ordered two swimsuits from Rotita on 7/2/24 for an upcoming vacation. What they don’t tell you is that it takes forever to get your stuff because they're not based in the USA. My order was supposed to ship by 7/5, but they didn’t even send it out until 7/10. By the time I got the package on 7/16, my vacation had already started. When I got back, I contacted their customer service to get a refund since I hadn’t used the swimsuits at all. I returned them in perfect condition and their original packaging. They have this policy where they say they'll review the items within 7 days of receiving them and then issue a refund. My package was delivered to them on 8/2, but even after waiting 7 days, I heard nothing. I had to email customer service several times, and they kept telling me to be patient. After many back-and-forth emails, they said they gave me a store credit instead of a refund. I was really frustrated because I never asked for a store credit; I wanted my money back on my credit card. Eventually, I got a refund, but it was less than the store credit. They deducted the cost of the return shipping label, which is apparently their policy. What really annoyed me was that they charged me $3.72 for shipping insurance despite having a free shipping coupon, and my bank charged me an international service fee of $2.01. The total cost of my order was $67.04, but I only got back $52.33, losing $16.72 overall. That’s a lot to lose for online shopping. In short, stay away from Rotita. They’re not trustworthy and just want to take your money. If you’re thinking of buying internationally, try TEMU instead. They offer free shipping and free returns!

    Refund Nightmare: A Lesson Learned

    I ordered three items to try on at home, knowing I'd keep just one. After trying them on in my spotless bedroom, I decided to return the other two the same day. I used the original packaging and kept everything neat. The fabric quality wasn't the best, but I expected that for the price and was okay with keeping one. Then, trouble started. The company emailed me saying they wouldn't refund because of stains and smell on the returned items, claiming to have photos. But there were no photos attached. I contacted them right away, asking to see these supposed stains. They replied saying there was dust on the items, again with no images. When I questioned the inconsistency and lack of proof, they offered to refund 50%. It was only about £20, and honestly, I didn’t have the energy for a prolonged battle, so I accepted. But instead of a refund, they gave me store credit. I had to send more emails, showing the previous offer and explaining that I wouldn't shop with them again, so store credit was useless. After weeks of back-and-forth, I finally got my refund. This whole experience taught me a valuable lesson: I can't trust or recommend this company. Their returns policy is misleading, and they seem dishonest in handling refunds.
