I recently had to send back two things to Abunda - one I didn’t want anymore and the other I asked to get money back for. The whole thing was simple. Their staff answered quickly and explained what to do next. They set up UPS to collect one item, which saved me effort, and they gave a refund for the other item like they said. I really liked how fast and polite they took care of it all. All in all, I’m happy with their service and how simple they made the return. I strongly recomend Abunda if you want an easy shopping experience!
