The Alibaba platform functioned smoothly for me. Ordering was easy and fast. It would be great if all stores used the shipping cost calculator for the specific delivery country. Alibaba allows you to contact the retailer before buying for any questions. Payment methods are solid and diverse. If photo uploads fail, Alibaba offers guidance next to the photo. Re-uploading the photo solves the issue. Video uploads are also effective. The link to the Alibaba portal stayed steady, even when I closed and reopened my laptop. Very nice. Overall, a good experience, including with the seller I purchased from.
