    Amazing support from customer service. I had a query, used the chat option, and got a reply right away. The towels just arrived today. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect ones and found Delilah through a website that compares products. Seeing Delilah recommended gave me peace of mind. The towels are soft, lovely, and I can't wait to start using them. Also, my family and I love rescue animals. We strongly support the idea of “adopt, don’t shop” and being voices for the voiceless.     I recently ordered some organic cotton king-size sheets and a duvet. The packaging was secure and everything arrived in great shape. I was given USPS tracking, which helped me keep track of my delivery. The discounts made it even better!

    They did a good job getting the beds sent out quickly.

    They did a good job getting the beds sent out quickly. The beds are big, soft, and cozy, and two of our dogs can lay on it togehter without any problem.

    I spent quite a while checking to make sure

    I spent quite a while checking to make sure I got the right sheet size. The invoice didn’t mention it. After some searching, I spotted a 'Q' tag, which I think stands for 'Queen'. Maybe it’s not the safest choice to put the item details on the front of the box—could attract the wrong attention. The rest was good, though. Delivery even came sooner than planned.
