It was a good experience, I really liked how helpful, patient, and well-informed your operator was. Before the call, I had scammers reach out and try to trick me. But the Save on Energy operator, she walked me through everything and gave me the confidence to make the right choices for my family. Thanks! She deserves something special for all her hard work. Rose really helped me when I needed it the most. I had so many issues with 2 different power companies in just 2 months. On the day I needed electricity, Rose came through. She was determined and didn’t let me down. I didn't have to repeat myself 27 times about not being able to give a CLOSING DOCUMENT UNTIL THE HOUSE IS CLOSED. She understood right away.
