    I jus shopd on noonn had a pretty gud experience. The websit was alrite to navigate n had a lot of products to choose frm. The prices were gud too. I evn got a 15% off coupon code. But the delivery service was great, my order came quick n in perfct condition. I also likd their return n refund policy it was easy. Overall, I would recommend noon.com for anyone lookin for a convenient n reliable online shopping experience.

    After having positive experiences with genuine products online, I started relying on them. But recently, I bought two phones on sale that turned out to be either refurbished or open box, with swapped original items, and there was no mention that they were refurbished or renewed. Noon should take action against the seller who sold these misleading products.

I bought smthng from u online, wich turn out 2 b fake n difrnt 2 th pics I bought, n u've bin dragging me on 4 nearly a month, going n coming, going n coming, n when I opend th package, it waz garbaj. So now he's asking me 2 repack it n snd it back, n th driver iz a vry rude, unfortunatly. I'm vry disapointed, but not surprisd, knowing it's noon. Uttrly disgusting n not recomndd 2 anybody.

    This company feels shady, not reliable

    This company feels shady, not reliable, and doesn't fix issues when you bring them up. They won't give your money back if you cancel something, instead they push you to spend it on other stuff. My cash wasn't given back, and someone used my iTunes card without permission. They couldn't figure out who did it. Dealing with them is super frustrating. Their responses are just canned, without real investigation.

    I got my order recently.

    I got my order recently. When I opened the box, there was only the phone and charger. No cover, no screen protector, no SIM ejector, no hands-free. I contacted Noon, but they didn't understand me. Noon's agents are too much liars. They offered me 25Aed for all missing items, which isn't good. Why do you do like that? Very bad. I'm very disapointed.

    I gave them the correct address

    I gave them the correct address, but the delivery guy went to the wrong place that I never mentioned. I had to cancel my order. The delivery person was from Pakistan and was rude, using inappropriate language. I felt very disappointed. Even though I canceled the order, it's still showing as being processed. I'm really unhappy about this.

    90% times I enjoy Noon services, but this time it's very disappointing to see a delayed delivery message and a delay of 24 to 48 hours during holidays when it's understood that most people need to travel. And if you complain, it takes two days to fix, so what's the point in fixing then...

    Awful delivery service!

    The delivery guy called once but didn't answer. Then he called again with a missed call, just for show. No follow-up from customer service. Even after informing them I'm traveling tomorrow, I still didn't get the product. Disappointed with the delivery and won't order from noon.com again.

    This company's attitude is utterly disrespectful. They seem uninterested in fixing issues. You either accept their shady actions or they ignore you completely. They reply here on Trustpilot but don't do much else. Their online shopping customer service is the absolute worst.

    Placed my order at 12:20 pm and been waiting for 3 hours now, nothing arived. Spoke to the driver who only said he's busy with many orders. Reached out to the restaurant, and they said the food is still there, been sitting for hours. Noon Food, I want my money back.

    I'm all hyped up for an express

    I'm all hyped up for an express delivery of my shiny new washing machine, right? Got a message saying it's coming on December 6th. Cool, cool. But hold up, 4 pm rolls around, and no washing machine in sight. Call up customer service, and they hit me with a "shipment's not today" bomb. What in the world, right? From 4 pm to 11 pm, I'm stuck on the phone, and all I get is a whole lot of "SORRY." They promise a supervisor call-back, and guess what? Midnight strikes, and still no call. They tell me they're in a "meeting" at 10:30 pm. Midnight meetings? Seriously? Worst customer service vibes, and they're just pros at raising complaints and telling me to chill for 48 hours. Hey, how about updating that website of yours with accurate delivery info? If you can't swing the service on time, just don't tease us with it. Simple, right?

    Oh, what a headache! Ordered

    Oh, what a headache! Ordered a washing machine on Nov 27, and it was supposed to be delivered by the 29th. But guess what? It's MIA. Seller claims they handed it over to Noon on the 27th, but when I called Customer Care, it's like they're playing hide and seek with my washing machine. No idea where it is! Customer care? They're as clueless as I am. Can't track the shipment, can't contact the courier team – basically, they're giving me the runaround. Raised a complaint and requested a call back, but it's like my pleas are falling on deaf ears. Seven calls yesterday, and all I got was the same "wait and see" response. Worst customer care experience ever. If anyone can expedite this delivery mess and get my washing machine here pronto, that would be awesome!

Unjust Warranty Rejection by Seller on Noon (Seller name: C K R Electronics) I recently bought a phone from this seller on Noon and I’m very unhappy with how they managed my warranty request. After just a few weeks of gentle use, the phone, which is meant to be waterproof, stopped working. But when I asked for warranty service, the seller refused, claiming the phone had water damage. This is both annoying and unjust, as the phone has been hardly used and never exposed to water. Also, the phone is advertised as waterproof, so this denial seems unfair. I hope Noon will make sure sellers stick to the warranties they offer and treat customers properly. I look forward to a quick resolution.

    it was supposed to have this Noon warranty thing, but then all of a sudden, they changed their policy! Can you believe it? They're making me take the fan myself to the service center to get it fixed. Like, what the heck? Before, they used to come pick it up, but now it's all on me. And they don't even care about their customers, man. They're just focused on making money. And get this, every time I call customer service to complain, I gotta say the same dang thing over and over again. And they promise someone will call me in 48 hours, but even when they do, it's just the same old story. I ain't ever buying from Noon again. They don't sell good stuff anyways. My fan's been fixed like three times and it's still messed up.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with Noon's service; I wouldn't even give them one star. I ordered a perfume for same-day delivery on 27th Dec, but faced a bizarre situation. The delivery guy claimed my location was 3 hours away, even though my colleagues in Sonapur, Dubai receive their orders promptly. After a confusing conversation, he revealed he was on a bicycle, not walking. Despite sending my location multiple times, I'm still awaiting my partially paid order. Customer service hasn't provided any solutions, and I doubt I'll receive my item before my 29th Dec evening flight. This will be my last time shopping with Noon. The app needs an upgrade to fix map bugs and address locator issues.

    My experience with Noon has been the worst ever. They provide very irresponsible and bad-quality service online. I strongly advise people not to buy from Noon, as they do not resolve problems after delivering the product. I've been following up for the last 7 days, and they keep saying they need more time. It's been 7 days, and sitting in the office, they cannot resolve the problem. It's very frustrating. They gave us a manufacturing defective piece, and now they are not taking responsibility for resolving the issue.

    Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I made a purchase in August 2023 totaling 3500 AED. Unfortunately, one of the items had to be returned. When I reached out to Danube Home, they pointed fingers at Noon, claiming it was their responsibility. Noon then directed me back to Danube, specifically mentioning Tamara. However, when I contacted Tamara at Danube, the blame game continued. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with this kind of runaround.

    I bought a phone from Noon and then decided to cancel the order. Instead of giving me my money back, they put AED 974 in my Noon wallet. Sadly, my Noon account got hacked, and someone used the money to buy things in Kuwait. When I told Noon, they did nothing about it. This shows that Noon has no security at all, so you can't trust them. Amazon is way more secure and reliable. Noon has shown they are not honest, and I tell everyone to stay away from them.

    Noon food delivery is an absolute letdown! Their delivery team is unreliable and unresponsive. Endured a frustrating 2-hour wait, only to discover my order was inexplicably delivered to a distant location. Attempts to reach the delivery person were futile, and the non-functional chatbox added to the misery. Customer service, rather than offering a solution, insists on using the faulty chatbox. A truly disappointing experience!

    My delivery is playing hide and seek for 9 whole days now, and all these folks can do is "raise a complaint." Can't get a hold of the warehouse, can't reach the delivery team, and no updates coming my way. It's beyond ridiculous! Just moved to Abu Dhabi, trying to set up my new place, and they're messing it up big time. Not gonna be throwing any more cash their way, that's for sure. First and last dance with these guys.

    Today was my first experience with noon food, and the restaurant messed up my order by putting the wrong topping. I reached out to noon about the mistake and waited for a reply. All they did was refund me for the incorrect topping. Nobody bothered to apologize for the wrong order or offer to send the correct one. This is really unprofessional! This will be the first and last time I use any service from noon.

    I was promised by not one

    I was promised by not one, but three agents on the phone that I would receive my delivery because it was already out for delivery. However, none of them followed through and no courier even bothered to call me. To make things worse, I had to go to Al Ain the same day and I was counting on my delivery. Needless to say, I was completely disappointed with the company's lack of professionalism and reliability.

    Man, Noon 15 really dropped the ball. They randomly canceled my order, claiming the driver called, but trust me, my phone stayed silent.     Purchased a TV from Noon, and it malfunctioned within a month. When I sought repairs, they directed me to the seller outside Abu Dhabi. Noon retrieved the product, but the TV returned with a damaged screen. The warranty claim team denied responsibility, closing the case.
