I found a great discount at Macy’s Lone Tree in the Christmas sale section. The store helper, Lynne, was very kind and ready to assist. She went out of her way to speak with the Manager and managed to find even more items. She double-checked everything and even found bags to carry my purchases. Lynne was polite, professional, and really made sure I was happy with my shopping. I would rate her 11 stars.

I think the company should look into improving its policies and training. I got two pairs of shoes as a gift for Christmas, but no gift receipt was included either with the shoes or in the package. When I tried to return them, Macys refused to process it without proof of purchase. After getting the order number from the person who gave them to me, they ended up crediting the card of the buyer. Honestly, it’s making me reconsider asking for gifts from Macys again, as their customer service experiences have been so bad.
