I spent several hours on Saturday putting together outfits for my Grandsons. Tab was there to assist me! She was very polite, kind, and so helpful. I’ve never had such good customer service before. She helped me pick out the right items and I got a great deal for my money. Tab, you rock! A1 customer service!!!

I ordered something, but one item wasn’t included.
I ordered something, but one item wasn’t included. There is no contact number, so I emailed them. After about a month, I finally got a reply saying they’d send a replacement. Since then, nothing has happened (order made in Oct 2024). I tried emailing again, but got no response. It's unbeleivable that they take your money and don’t send what you paid for, and then just ignore your attempts to fix it.

This company needs to update their policies
This company needs to update their policies to make returns and exchanges easier by using a credit card. Instead, they require a physical receipt. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with someone in India before they could email me a copy of my receipt just to make an exchange. It’s time to move forward and let customers return or exchange items with their credit card! I won’t be shopping here again.

This company needs to update their return policies to let customers use their credit card for exchanges or returns. Instead, they require a physical receipt. I wasted 30 minutes on the phone with India just to get an emailed copy of my receipt for an exchange. It’s time to move forward and let customers do returns or exchanges with their credit card! I won’t be coming back.

I can't believe how many emails I got every single day
I can't believe how many emails I got every single day, 40 or more! And they were all DUPLICATED. Seriously? I won’t be buying from here again after they cluttered up my inbox with endless promos... just ruined everything and I won't ever shop here again because it's so annoying.
