It was really simple to purchase, and I got it delivered
It was really simple to purchase, and I got it delivered without any charge to my home. The only problem is that I didn’t receive my nectar points, which were supposed to be double 😔. Any chance I could still get those nectar points?

Got what I needed and it was ready fast
Got what I needed and it was ready fast, just 5mins after I paid. It was a present for my son who stays just 5mins from the shop. Price was fair too. Pleased with how it all turnd out.

Offer Not Honoured
Bought a fridge from Argos. The price was the same as every other seller but Argos had an offer of free recycling of my old fridge. There was no way to select this offer it was put on automatically. I also asked for assistance in a shop and the staff member also couldn't find the option to select recycling and I was informed it's automatic. When my purchase was delivered they had no record of the recycling offer and refused to take my old fridge. Update: Argos never responded back to my enquiries and after me following up several times was told there is nothing they can do.
