    I haven’t tried their products in a long time

    I haven’t tried their products in a long time, but they were really good in the past! Reading other reviews makes me think they might not be as good anymore, so I’d be a little cautious.

    My son's backpack developed a tear at the bottom.

    My son's backpack developed a tear at the bottom. I contacted them, and they mentioned the warranty and said they'd either repair it or issue a gift card. I paid $12 at the post office to send it in. They emailed saying the backpack would be sent back today. When I received it, nothing had been repaired. They stated, “Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Normal wear and tear, like your backpack’s hole, isn’t covered.” I am quite let down by Jansport.

    I sent my backpack off to get the zipper fixed again. When it came back, there was a note saying it was too dirty and they hadn't repaired it. I was a bit confused since I didn't see anything on Jansport's site about needing to clean it first. I reached out to them, and they were super helpful, sending me a shipping label to send it back once it was clean. So, I gave it a good wash and sent it back. In a couple of weeks, my backpack returned with two shiny new zippers. Their service was spot on, just wish they had mentioned the cleaning part upfront.

    I had a bit of a saga

    I had a bit of a saga with Jansport recently. Sent my backpack to get fixed, but it was beyond repair. They kindly gave me an e-gift card to grab a new one. But here's the kicker—I couldn't use it! The site has no option for gift cards, and every time I tried, my credit card info took over. Customer service basically washed their hands of it, saying my issue was "resolved." Frustrated, I called again, and got Josi S. on the line. She was super nice and tried to help me place an order over the phone. Even she couldn't get the card to work! So, I'm stuck with no backpack and a useless e-gift card. Called Cashstar, but that's another headache altogether.

    I bought a bag from this place and somehow my address got mixed up—part new, part old. I noticed it in the confirmation email and contacted them right away to fix it. They claimed it was already shipped, but it wasn't actually sent out for another week. When it finally did ship, my friend tried to pick it up for me, but the store wouldn’t let her, so it got sent back. I figured I’d get my money back soon. It's been a month and still no refund. Their email responses are so generic and useless. Trying to call them is a nightmare; you never get through to an actual person. It’s driving me nuts!

    I bought a backpack from JanSport, and it's been a nightmare. The delivery by FedEx was awful, and JanSport's customer service is nowhere to be found. I've emailed and called them multiple times (+44808 501 5528), but no one responds. I'm seriously regretting my purchase. I've wasted so much time trying to track down my package, dealing with both FedEx and JanSport, just for a plain black backpack. It's been a total headache and not worth all the trouble. Just wish I had chosen another brand.

    I'm done with these school

    I'm done with these school bags. Honestly, I've had two of them in the past two and half years and it's just a nightmare. The zips get stuck in this protective thing and it's like a wrestling match trying to fix them. It's so frustrating, and they wear out so quickly. I'm tired of dealing with these useless bags. Feels like they just fall apart way too fast and it's driving me crazy. Definitely not worth the hassle.
