I always find the staff at Urban to be really friendly and ready to help! The prices can be a bit high, but the quality of the products is good, and they last a long time. The store is well-organized, with designs that suit a variety of tastes. Overall, a positive experience, and I would suggest it to others!

I had a hard time buying the items online. I called a few stores to see if they had any left, but they didn’t. However, I am giving five stars because the help I received when I called the branches was very good. They really helped me out, and the customer service was very nice.

From placing the order to receiving it in under 24 hours is pretty amazing. It was a last minute crimbo gift for my wife who loves Snoopy, since we both agreed not to exchange presents but still wanted to have something just in case.
