Ordered a self-heating pet bed.

Ordered a self-heating pet bed. Took a while to arrive. I emailed them a few times. They explained the bed was coming from ITALY and held up at customs. Every time I contacted them, they kept giving me excuses. Wouldn’t refund my money. As of 2/26, I still haven’t gotten the product. They told me to wait because some employees were on vacation! AND?? I want my money back! Now I have to get a lawyer!

I bought 3 of the hummingbird feeders as well. They are very poor quality, and the ports that are said to "open only when the bird puts its beak in" don't work like that at all. The ports are just 4 holes at the top. Not at all what was promised. They don't want to share details about how to return them or give a full refund. I'm really disapointed with these feeders.

What they say on their website doesn’t really match what you get, so just be carefull. The hummingbird feeders I recieved are made of low quality plastic and the holes don’t have any cover at all. They said the holes would stay shut unless a bird was drinking, to stop insects. That’s not how they work. Makes you wonder if their other items are the same.
