I’m trying to send back shoes that don’t fit me.

I’m trying to send back shoes that don’t fit me. It’s really slow to find the right return address. When they finally reply, they won’t take the return and tell me to buy more stuff with a discount instead, and keep the shoes, because sending them back is too expensive. I then send all the items back with a return slip and photos. Three different people contact me with the same questions about the return info, even though they said they got it already. Their plan looks like making returns very hard until the very end. I want to warn you about this company because after 2 months, I still didn’t get my refund.

I didn’t expect to like this as much as I do, but here we are. the fabric is soft yet doesn’t feel cheap, and the fit is really good — not too snug, not too baggy. feels like something from a nice hotel store but nicer. i’ve used it at home, for shopping, even when hanging out at a friend’s and it just fits. it’s cozy but still gives off a put-together vibe. could be my favorite piece in my wardrobe right now.

I got my shoes and they are so cute! They arrived quicker than I thought they would. The box they came in is nice too. I was a bit concerned about the quality before I ordered, but they turned out really good! The insoles are soft and cozy, and the material feels great. Totally worth it!

The clothes came quickly and when I put them on the pants fit well but the shirt was a bit tight. I got in touch with customer support and they are fixing it with a new one. Nice service

What went wrong? I placed my order on April 2nd, expecting delivery within 5-9 business days, but today is May 7th and still no package. The carrier GOFO isn't helpful, and every time I call, I get the same response: it will arrive in 2 business days, and all supervisors are busy. What can they do to improve? They should contact their carrier, the company they pay for the service, and find out what's going on. It's clear to me the carrier doesn't care, but if the company applied some pressure, maybe the situation would improve. DON'T tell customers to contact the carrier for answers.

I will never buy from them again! The “leather”

I will never buy from them again! The “leather” shoes I got were not real leather… maybe just a thin layer, cheap and poor quality! Customer service is terrible! They gave a small refund offer instead of letting me return because, as they said, “it’s not worth it.” But I sent the shoes back and paid £15 to ship them to Poland and still haven’t got my money back. Don’t order if you think returning is easy! It’s a big issue…

The item was of poor to decent quality, much like what you'd find on AliExpress/Temu, but at twice the cost. The website and pictures are misleading, focusing too much on the idea of affordable luxury. I won't be purchasing anything from here again, nor would I suggest it to others.

Scam avoid them at all costs

False Advertising, Terrible Quality, and Deceptive Return Policy I had a terrible experience with Old Money. I ordered what was advertised as a pair of suede shoes — but what I received was a cheap, junky pair made from man-made materials. Definitely not suede. On top of that, I only ordered one pair, but they sent me two of the exact same shoes in the same size. Their website claims they offer “easy returns” and even lists a return address in California. But when I contacted customer service, they told me that the California address is “not active” and insisted I send the shoes back to Poland — at my own expense. This includes international shipping and possible customs fees, which makes returning the shoes incredibly expensive and impractical. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they offered me a small discount to just keep the shoes — essentially trying to pressure me into paying for items I didn’t order and didn’t want. This company is misleading customers with false advertising and a deceptive return policy. Avoid them at all costs

Scam!!!....beware

Im warning anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. At the beginning of May I placed an order for three item.....never heard a word? I reached out and there response was "your item is out of stock", That's it!....first off it was 3 items, so weird! secondly, no offer to refund or timeline given. It's now becoming apparent the plan is to just keep my $140! As usual, they will ask for the order 3 so here it is. #OM113153....this is an attempt to make me feel they are "looking into this" but thats BS because all you have to do is refund my order but they just won't. Basically this is criminal so please take this warning and shop elsewhere....to be fair, the minute they refund me I'll post that, but at this point Im not holding my breath!

Extremely Disappointed with Service – Avoid OldMoney at All Costs

I ordered a pair of shoes from OldMoney in February 2025 and unfortunately received a damaged product. Since then, I’ve been trying to get a replacement or initiate a return. Despite repeated follow-ups, the response from the OldMoney team has been extremely poor, unhelpful, and at times dismissive. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for them. The lack of accountability and refusal to resolve my issue has been deeply frustrating. I feel cheated and strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from OldMoney, especially if you expect any support in case of product issues or returns. You risk losing your money entirely if anything goes wrong with your order. This has been a terrible experience.

Don’t do business with them

They are scammers. I bought two pairs of shoes that need to be returned and despite more than 10 requests for return, authorizations and information, they have not provided it. They stonewalled me by asking for pictures of the shoes. Then they offered me a 25% discount if I would keep the shoes, which don’t fit. I insisted on a refund and now they are not replying to me despite numerous requests. Please don’t buy anything from this company and get the word out that they are disreputable and dishonest.

The company lies about what they sell. The “suede loafers” aren’t suede at all. The shoes feel like stiff cardboard, and the fuzzy material on them is definitely not suede. I also bought their “linen” pants, which aren’t linen but some cheap polyester fabric. I asked how to return them and wanted a refund. They only gave me $1.00 back when I paid $140.00. I tried to contact the company’s founder, but they didn’t reply. The products are really bad quality, and their ads are not honest at all.

Stay away!!

Terrible products and awful customer service. They refused to refund my money, and I had to pay €20 just to return the items. Completely disappointing experience-avoid at all costs!

Worst quality products. sizes that do not correspond. I wrote to them for a month that I wanted to make a refund and they told me that their policy does not allow it! a cheap SCAM!
