I called customer services about a question I had regarding
I called customer services about a question I had regarding an order and to get some guidance. The first recorded message from Johnnie Boden was a nice and pleasant surprise. My call was answered almost immediately by a friendly, polite, and cheerful lady who listened to everything I said, gave me some useful advice, and had a nice chat with me. A very positive experience all the way through. Issue sorted 100%.

Really lovely. I usually get petite, but I wanted this dress to fall just under my knees. Haven’t purchased a dress in nearly a year since last summer wasn’t great, but I couldn’t say no to this pretty dress. Adore it and can’t wait to wear it for a family celbration next month.
