I just shopped at Curacao in Van Nuys and was amazed by their stuff and the staff's help. They sell lots of things, from shades to camping stuff to toys and machines. I checked a price and found it $24 less on my phone. They gave me $24 off plus 10% there. No hassle and guaranteed. Pretty good.

I was getting printers, and the worker Yazmin was so mean. Anyone who asked a question got sent away, she rolled her eyes lots, and talked to someone else. When I said no to her suggestion, she looked at me bad. Won't come back.

Been shopping at Tucson store for a few years. Always nice, helpful. When had to return a product, they were quick to resolve issue. Manager very accommodating.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT ESCALATION DEPT IS A CROCK AND NEVER CALLS BACK. BEWARE. I HAVE 7 CREDIT CARDS ALL 100% PAID OFF EVERY MONTH NO LATE NEVER. AND I WILL NOT PAY THIS COMPANY UNTIL I GET A CALL BACK AND I'M SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME OF MY EXPERIENCE EVEN IF THAT MEANS I HAVE TO FIGHT IN COURT OVER THIS AND I HAVE ALL MY PROOF IN HAND.

I applied for a credit with them

I applied for a credit with them and got approved. I used it to buy a dryer for $900. I put $176 down and waited over a month for delivery. When it arrived, it had no attachments or plug. They said I needed to buy those separately, but it wasn't in the description. I asked for a refund and to pick up the dryer. They keep redirecting me when I call and no one understands me well. It's been two months since they took the dryer, and I still haven't got my refund.

This was my first time using this company, and my package went missing. I contacted them for a refund, and they had me wait two weeks after the claim was paid. It seems like this company is so broke they can’t refund the money immediately, even though they know it’s not the customer’s fault. A month has passed since I made my order, and my money is still in their account.
