I had a bit of a delay with my payment because of some random bank checks, but the customer service kept me updated all the time and was very patient. After 5 or 6 days, when the watch was available again, they confirmed my reservation while waiting for the bank transfer to come through. The team was kind and very profesional throughout the whole process.
