I had a bit of a delay with my payment because of some random bank checks, but the customer service kept me updated all the time and was very patient. After 5 or 6 days, when the watch was available again, they confirmed my reservation while waiting for the bank transfer to come through. The team was kind and very profesional throughout the whole process.

Buying from your site always makes me feel sure about my decision. I wouldn't have bought this item straight from the seller, particularly one located in another country. The only problem with this order was dealing with DHL. I would avoid using DHL.
