I bought 3 pairs of their cloud slides. When they came, they were too large. I reached out for a smaller size and to swap them. I was ready to pay for return shipping. They refused. They told me to “gift” the shoes and order new ones. I said no. They kept saying I could buy more pairs for 16.95. This only works if you buy many pairs. They said sending back each pair costs $10-15, even tho there’s a local Gardena, CA address on the box I got. They want to take shipping fees from my refund even though my order was over $60 and had free shipping. This company is really bad.

I bought 3 pairs of slides this spring and found them large and really wide. Still, they felt very comfy just to stand in. I gave my sil my 3 pairs and then got 3 more. Jennifer from customer help gave me a 50% discount on my new order and sent it with fast shipping.

They fit just right for me, not too tight but still hug my feet nice.

They fit just right for me, not too tight but still hug my feet nice. Took them on a short trip and did alot of walking—my feet felt fine the whole time. Cleaning them is simple, and after using them for a month they still look almost like new.

I really like these slides, they are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and I love shoes! They stay on your feet well and there is never any rubbing or pain.

The shipment took forever. It felt like it came from a slow boat to China. I expected Cloudies, but it turned out they are different brands with similar descriptions. When they finally got here, the size was right, and I followed the hot water advice. They're comfy, and I use them at home. They aid my back pain and recovery from foot surgery. The adjustable strap is good since one foot is wider than the other. I wouldn’t order from this company again since I found similar slides on Amazon that arrived in 2 days. I’d hate to return them to China!

I ordered a pair of cloud slides but never got them. I was told they were delivered and to walk around my block to see if someone else got them. Nobody on my block had them, because if they did, they would’ve brought them over to the house they belonged to. It’s just how things work here. Then I was told that if I wanted a replacement, I’d have to pay another 9.99 for them to send me a new pair. That’s just not right, and I didn’t even get a refund. I won’t be dealing with this company again.

I placed an order for slides 20 days ago, and they charged my card instantly, but I still haven’t gotten my order. The tracking updates seem strange, showing things like “Left the country” or “Arrived at logistics” every couple of days. Feels like I should’ve checked reviews before buying.

Their return policy is confusing and poor. It says 30-day satisfaction guarantee. But later it mentions returns are only for wrong sizes and colors. Their “original” line is really uncomfortable. Only the “orthopedic” ones are decent. When I tried to return, they ignored me.

Cheap uncomfortable

I ordered 4 pairs, 2 of which were incorrect sizing and color. I emailed them a return request as they were uncomfortable and made my feet sweat. I also explained that the 2 men's size 10 were incorrect, one was the wrong color and the other was a different size. Their response was, you can keep the incorrect size ones and we'll send you the correct size if you agree to just pay for the shipping!!! So that right there really annoyed me and I was like, no thanks, just want to return. So they want me to pay for the return shipping for all 4, and I was like, I will pay for the return shipping for the 2 but you guys should be responsible for the return shipping of the other 2. Keep in mind, this all started on December 13. I'm still waiting on their response. Don't bother with them, they give you the run around.

I bought three pairs of Cloud Slides.

Two had the soft lining and one pair was shark slides. They arrived on July 5, 2025. The lining felt sew only at the edges, loose inside so when you take off your foot the lining stays all messed up like inside out because it wasn’t fixed well. On July 8, 2025 the lining seam tore (about 2 inches) away from the shoe because of this. The other lined pair I don’t even want to try because the lining is loose and will probably rip too. I tried to post a review with pics on the Cloud Slide site and they took it down. They don’t want people to see how badly they put them together. My daughter wanted to buy 4 pairs until yesterday when she saw mine. She said that’s BS! Glad she didn’t buy before I showed her. Will never buy from them again!!

For anyone thinking about buying

For anyone thinking about buying, Cloud Slides are TERRIBLE. I wear a 6.5 in womens, sized up to 7 since sandals can be snug. These gave me blisters on each side of my foot (width) in just a day. I’ve never worn a "wide" shoe. My husband had the same problem. When I contacted the company about returns (their site says 30 day NO HASSLE returns), they told me, "We recommend you keep these pairs and give them to someone to avoid paying for the return." So much for no hassle, right? I guess this is what happens when you order directly from China. Lesson leared. These are going right in the trash.

Terrible service from this company. Ordered a pair of slides for my vacation that took ages to get here, so they were useless since they didn't arrive on time. Returned them to the address on the package, which cost me £4. Provided proof they were delivered, but four weeks later, I’m still fighting to get my money back. £23.99 down the drain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You can find the same slides on Temu for a fraction of the price and with much better service.

Avoid this company. They are not based in the UK—no reply when you ask about your package, which is shipped from Japan! I haven’t received what I ordered—tracking is awful. Stay away!
