The Cosmetics and Fashion departments were outstanding, offering helpful guidance on my selections. They were so polite and easy to talk to - I felt very comfortable shopping there. I strongly recommend Downtown Boston as a great place to buy.

Good range of products, I went in to buy some Bugatti shoes
Good range of products, I went in to buy some Bugatti shoes, and I thought I could still use my forces discount card, but was told by staff that Downtown stores no longer accept the card, which was a let down so I ended up putting the shoes back. The discount card used to be a big reason I shopped here.
