There were numerous registers open

There were numerous registers open, but hardly any cashiers. The lines stretched far into the aisles, even at the self-checkout. I had ice cream, and it started melting as I waited, so I decided to leave and shop elsewhere. I refuse to buy items that suffer due to poor management and a lack of staff. If profit matters more than customer service, you risk losing all your customers!

Target is my go-to place for all sorts of things

Target is my go-to place for all sorts of things, from food to clothes to home supplies. The store is easy to navigate, so I can quickly find what I'm looking for, and the prices are fair. I also like the variety of special brands and designer partnerships offered at Target. The app and curbside pickup have made shopping much more convienent.

Need to train cashiers better. Had trouble with splitting bill. Cashier charged full amount to gift card, even though I said to split it. Then acted surprised about gift card balance. Had to fix it at customer service. Not impressed with this store. Only went to use gift card.

I've been shopping at Target

I've been shopping at Target online for a while now, but lately, they've really gone downhill. Recently, I made an order on March 27, 2024, which they ended up cancelling without any explanation. Trying to sort it out was a nightmare. I talked to four different customer service representatives, but none of them could give me a straight answer. They kept blaming my credit card, even though I've never had any problems using it anywhere else. Their customer service is the absolute worst! I've had enough of Target. I've even deleted them from my email account. It's really disappointing to see such a decline in this company.

Target.com's shipping is atrocious.

Target.com's shipping is atrocious. My recent orders were returned due to poor packaging, causing items to bounce and leak. Often, I receive damaged, wet boxes. My latest order never arrived! Customer service promptly refunded it, claiming it was "lost in mail" (despite delivery email). Checked cameras, package never came. No more shipping from Target for me.

Last week, I went to my local Target store to pay my Red Card bill by check, as usual. I found out that they no longer accept checks and I had no prior notice about this change. I called early the next morning and made my payment. They took off the late fee but said they can't remove the interest (twice in 12 months). I talked with a supervisor named April from the Philippines who mentioned they had removed the interest before but hung up when I asked to speak with her manager.

Völliger Betrug.

Meine Tochter hat online etwas gekauft. Als es ankam, war nur die Box ohne Produkt enthalten. Wir haben den Kundendienst angerufen und uns wurde gesagt, wir sollen es "einfach mit der Kreditkarte anfechten", was nicht hilft, da sie mit einer Geschenkkarte bezahlt hat. Sie meinte, es wäre nichts zu machen, da es auf ihrer Seite als geliefert angezeigt wird. Das bedeutet für mich, dass sie einfach leere Boxen verschicken und behaupten können, dass ihre Seite erledigt ist. Der gleiche Service wurde mir im Chat geboten, wo einfach die Unterhaltung beendet wurde mit der Aussage, es sei geliefert, und es sei nichts zu machen. Ich werde nie wieder bei target.com kaufen. Es scheint, als könnten Leute leere Boxen zurückgeben und Target könnte sie weiterverkaufen.

Ich war am 11. Januar 2025 um 17:15 Uhr in der Target-Filiale am Legends-Standort. Als ich an der Kundenservicetheke vorbeiging, hörte ich drei junge Mädchen lautstark über andere Mitarbeiter schimpfen, die nicht arbeiten wollten. Es war einfach nicht angemessen, das in Gegenwart von Kunden zu tun. Es ist nicht die Angelegenheit der Kunden, so etwas zu erfahren. Es war unprofessionell und unnötig. Wenn man nichts Gutes zu sagen hat, sollte man besser schweigen. Ich mag es, bei Target einzukaufen, aber ich mag es nicht, in einen Laden zu kommen und solch eine Unterhaltung zu hören, auch wenn ich nicht direkt neben ihnen stand. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, wie viele andere Kunden ihre Beschwerde mitbekommen haben.
