Pietra has been amazing! I'm quite new to making physical stuff and 3PL, but they make it super simple. Everything is connected and in one place, which is very handy. I had a few small problems, but their customer support fixed them quickly. I feel they really care about my business, and I'm happy to have them on my side. So far, I found a great maker for my products and they also got items I ordered from other sellers. If you want to build a brand but need help, stop waiting. They will listen to you and help you.

My business, VILLYN, uses Pietra for order fulfillment, and they helped me locate excellent factories. When it comes to fulfillment, I explored many options at first, and the prices varied wildly. Pietra’s flat fee per order is a real plus, unlike others that charge more for each item. For a small business, those extra costs can really impact profits. Pietra seems to understand the needs of small businesses, unlike some 3PL companies that won’t engage unless you have over 500 orders monthly. Earlier this year, I needed packaging suppliers, and it’s great that I can easily communicate with multiple factories on their platform rather than dealing with numerous emails. Payments are straightforward too, and my suppliers receive their money almost right away. I don't plan on switching from Pietra anytime soon due to the high prices elsewhere. The team at Pietra is also very easy to work with.

The worst experience. I had a very bad time with Pietra's fulfillment services, particularly during the busy holiday period. Even though I placed my orders in plenty of time, many customers didn't get their products when expected. This led to many complaints, poor reviews, and sad stories—like one where a father couldn’t get gifts for his daughter because of the delays. I raised these issues for months, including wrong orders, missing packages, and long delays (up to 41 days). Even though I was told things would improve, they only got worse. The lack of responsibility and help in fixing the problems really hurt my small business. After spending $10k to move my stock, I’ve decided to stop working with them. I strongly recommend other small businesses stay away from Pietra if they need dependable fulfillment services.

Ended up mostly using the AI product designer, which honestly didn’t impress me much. Imagine my surprise when, without really diving deep, I found myself automatically enrolled in a $200 monthly plan. No heads up, no refunds either. I tried reaching out for some clarity, but got stuck in a frustrating email loop with their AI support, which felt more robotic than helpful. No real answers, just repeated "no refunds" messages. For $200 a month, you'd expect better customer care. If you’re considering options, maybe look at other services that value their customers beyond just a quick buck.

This whole thing's been a real hassle

I recently had a weird experience with my card. Somehow, there was this big unauthorized transaction for $811. They canceled it, which was a relief, but then the package still showed up at my place. Super confusing, right? I shot them an email to sort things out, but crickets so far. No reply at all. It's frustrating when you’re just left hanging like this. If they don't get back to me soon, I’m thinking I might have to take it further, maybe even report it legally. Just wish they'd respond and clear things up. This whole thing's been a real hassle.
