Adore adore adore the Valentino bag a lot. I've been eyeing the bag for a while sadly the color is not available in Singapore. TBH I was very surprised that Baltini CS took the effort to send me pictures of the bag as I wanted to check out the actual color of the bag before purchasing. And the CS responded to my emails in promptly! There were some delays during ordering because most of the Baltini emails went into my junk folder, But DHL shipping was fast and the bag arrived in like 2 days after it was picked up! Another boutique Danielle also selling the bag at a much cheaper price but I decided to stick with Baltini because of its superb CS and heard Danielle has issues with its CS. I will definitely return to Baltini without fail!

Just like many careful buyers, I looked up Baltini reviews before I bought anything. I saw a nice deal on a Max Mara piece and went ahead with the order. The site showed the UK import and custum fees during checkout, so I was clear about what I had to pay. Even with the extra £40 charge, the Max Mara item cost less than in UK shops. I can say the item is real and it came fast. Everything went fine and I plan to shop there again. The site has many brands and even offers small sizes.
