Having looked forward to personalizing wine labels for our family gathering, I found a website that offered custom designs and assured good prints. The design process was easy, and I created a label I believed would be perfect. However, the labels I received were disappointing. The print quality was not good, and the colors looked dull compared to what I saw online. The labels didn't stick well to the bottles and started peeling off soon after, which was embarrassing. I reached out to customer service for help, hoping for a reprint or refund. Unfortunately, their response was slow, and they seemed unwilling to fix the problem. Dealing with them was frustrating, and I didn't get a satisfactory solution. This experience has made me rethink using custom wine labels, and I regret choosing this service for our event. The poor quality and lack of good customer service really spoiled what should have been a special occasion for our family.
