I keept calling and noone answred

I keept calling and noone answred, they dont reply to mesages eether. This is not how bussiness shuld work. I feel like they try to trick peple. I will do somthing so others dont get foold.

Requested a refund within a day of buying the Jordan 4s after seeing the reviews, and they handled it right away. The refund showed up in my account in 2 days. I was a bit concerned I might not get my money back, but I did, so I'm happy with the service.

Fake products.

Fake products. Attempted to get my money back, seller offered a $35 refund. Had to open a dispute. They stopped replying to emails.

It seemed like a legit site, but after placing the order, the payment went through a strange company based in China (wintopay), and the payment went to 'lp slyvanas fashion'—nothing to do with the site we bought from. The order was processed ahead of my time zone in the UK, so it was clear it came from the East, not the USA. I managed to cancel the order shortly after, and although they accepted the cancellation, I got refunded about £10 less. The bank confirmed this wasn’t extra charges, so it was the vendor’s fault. This site is dodgy—it's not clear what you’re buying or who you're buying from. It misrepresents items and charges too much for fake Jordans. Even if you act fast and follow their cancellation rules, you’ll still lose some money. Seems like a good way for them to make money. Be careful.

I purchased a dress, thinking they were a local Australian company from Queensland. However, it turns out that's not true. It's been over three weeks since I placed the order, and the website clearly said "ready to ship." I had to reach out to them for an update, and honestly, it feels like my dress could've walked from Queensland to Victoria faster than the delivery time! The tracking info is in Chinese, which is odd, and the dress still hasn't been sent. Maybe Chinese New Year caused the delay? I find them unorganized and lacking professionalism in running a business. Looking back, I really regret not checking the reviews before I ordered. The dress was needed for an event, but now that's already passed. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I bought a pair of shoes using affirm and got them after 2 months. I checked them with a trusted authentication app and it showed they were fake. I opened a dispute with affirm, sent photos and proof of the bad stitching and the app’s email saying the shoes are fake. After waiting a month, affirm sided with the scammy Chinese seller and I ended up paying $200 for fake shoes. I say again, don’t use affirm—they’re just as bad as the scammy Chinese seller who sold me these fake shoes.

Jordans don't have an official site. I always shop from Nike. This site says they sell real shoes but they are 100% fake, and even the word “jordon” is spelled wrong. Delivery takes around 15 days too. The address on the site is strange, saying it's in a caravan in New York but the shipping details point to a warehouse in Leicestershire. Not reliable at all.

This company is a total ripoff!!!!!

The tracking info never appeared right and customer support gave a fake story saying the package went from Compton to LA to China and all around before coming back to the US. Then they claim it was delivered. I emailed them saying I didn’t get the order, and then got an email threatening me with police and credit bureau reports. What the heck?

SUCH A SCAM... It's been more than a month, and still nothing has arrived! Tracking shows it's been from Los Angeles to New York and then to Colorado.... I live in CALIFORNIA!!! SOOOOO MAD!!! Just to add, I was charged a 2% INTERNATIONAL FEE!!!

I was about to spend £757… Then I looked at their payment option, and it looks complicated… It doesn’t mention or show any delivery date… If you've bought anything online before, you’ll get what I mean… Feels like a total scam.

They sell fake shoes but pretend to be real. I canceled my order right away after noticing payment was sent to Hong Kong. They still charged me. Luckily, I used a credit card and now I’m disputting the paymnet!
