Got a makeup bag with drawstrings

Got a makeup bag with drawstrings for my wife and girls. Right after buying, things felt off. Fake-looking emails about 'updates' and a sketchy tracking site. Out of nowhere, I get told it’s delivered, but no bag showed up. Tried reaching out to 'DAWNCOG' and the 'delivery team'—nobody replied. TOTAL RIP-OFF, and I’m clearly not the only one based on what others are saying here.

Buyer beware! Company is a scam

I ordered a make-up bad that was featured on TikTok, they quickly collected their money, and I am still waiting for my item twenty days later. The bag is made in China, and their shipping claims it is coming from Ireland. It is 100% NOT coming from Ireland. The company will NOT answer inquiries and if the bag ever is delivered, I have zero confidence it will be worth the money.

BEWARE OF SCAM!

I ordered from this merchant and I was very impressed at how they kept me updated as to where my package was and when I could expect it. Then the last communication I received was 6/25. Today is 7/17. I never received my order. I have sent a email asking for a refund but doubt seriously they will bother to respond and I will probably have to file a dispute with my credit card company. So sad to see so many companies who screw people over. I work for a bank for which I handle fraud for. This is just another one of those scam companies. Buyers beware!

They are scam artists. Stay away from them. I will keep posting reviews until I get my 76.00 Canadian back. Really disappointing for customers.

Fake Site! SCAM!

I purchased a makeup bag for my wife with express shipping to make it before christmas. The item never showed up and all of the corresponding emails regarding tracking information are obviously fake. I was given two different tracking numbers showing my product in two different countries. I'm hoping I will get a refund from paypal, and I hope whatever individual is running this scam is caught and legal ramifications are brought upon them.
