Hossam was very helpful while we worked through my problem. He listened to my concerns with care and made sure to check in with me each day. He even contacted Ulta to help with my situation. I really hope other agents at different companies can be as dedicated and supportive as Hossam.

I asked Chat about sending a gift card to my grandson. Chat didn't know but suggested 3 options. None worked, so I called my daughter, who helped me send two gift cards to my grandson. Now I can also give gift cards to my other grandchildren using my balance.

They seem knowledgeable. I've just started using this service while in the process of switching phones, and the platforms appear to be quite different.

Marco did a great job resolving the issue

Marco did a great job resolving the issue with my gift card. It took him just 5 minutes. The only downside was waiting an hour on the phone to get to this amazing person. 5 stars for Marco because it’s not his fault...4 stars for the company due to the wait, and they should get more people like Marco.

Horrible experience, save the stress & but elsewhere

Absolutely worst company to deal with…stay away!!Absolutely the Worst company to deal with! Do not buy any gift cards via Prezzee….I reached out to their so called helpline (over 20 emails) & was told complete lies from the staff! If you purchase a gift card from Prezzee they are happy to take your money (businesses affiliated on the cards do not take money from initial purchases) and then prezzee take no responsibility of the purchase afterwards to help you! They are an overseas run helpline with no idea what they are selling or how to help you when you need it! They can not even tell you where you can use the cards they sell! If they reply to this review it’s only because they are paid to respond to bad email reviews on line but like I said I sent over 20 emails & dealt with over five different people to get absolutely no where with them! Save you time, money & go to another company other then Prezzee!!! Their replies are all lies , just trying to cover themselves & they take no responsibility ! They have no care for customer service!!!

My wife gets a bunch of compliments

My wife gets a bunch of compliments from her coworkers through Prezzee. We really liked it before because we could shop right away on Amazon. But now, Amazon isn't available? However, I have to say, Prezzee did answer my question quickly. Even though Amazon isn't there, their platform still works fine, and they have plenty of other good businesses to pick from.

I got conned. Some sneaky folks took money from my bank account without me knowing and used it to buy gift certificates for scammers.
