Ghost You on Refunds

I ordered a dress that I was unable to track using their provided tracking link, so I contacted them. Got a response right away saying tje dress was on pre-order status; did I want to wait or want a refund? I opted to wait. When the dress finally came, three weeks after it should have, it was not what I expected and did not fit, so I looked up the return process, which was to contact customer service at the same address I had previously used. It came back as undeliverable. I tried using the previous thread that had been responsive, but this time there has been NO response after 48 hours. I expect I am stuck with the dress. Thankfully it was only $30. My advice is not to spend any money there you don't mind just throwing away.

The material is thick, not too light. Just make sure to pick the right size for some outfits to get the perfect fit. You’ll look fantastic.
