Even though I followed the steps for a refund

Even though I followed the steps for a refund, I still haven’t received any response. I asked for a refund right after I tried on the dress, the same day it arrived. The torso was too tight and the sleeves were way too big; getting a larger size wouldn’t help since the sleeves were so loose. The dress is really nice, but it just doesn’t fit me right.

POOR Quality Horrible Customer Service

I received my dress and it had a defective zipper and the material was of poor quality. When I reached out to customer service, they stated all returns were subject to a warehouse fee of 15%. When I emailed and said I wanted to go ahead of process the return, they came back saying that they were only going to give me 85% of money back. Very unprofessional that they keep trying to skim money off the return now. After a five-email exchange they are still withholding the return address. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

My package got stolen and the company didn’t help at all! They want me to pay for something I never got. $350 wasted. After charging $50 for delivery, you’d think they would ask for a signature or at least put it somewhere safe. Instead, they left it out in the open where anyone could take it. Really upset and I’m going to contact my credit card company. Hope this warns others and stops you from buying here.
